The Soft Skills Training Program aimed to enhance participants’ interpersonal, communication and leadership skills to better prepare them for success in both personal and professional settings. Through targeted workshops and interactive sessions; the program sought to equip participants with the essential soft skills necessary for effective collaboration, problem-solving and career advancement. Through hands-on workshops and interactive sessions, attendees developed stronger teamwork abilities, improved their communication proficiency and honed their leadership capabilities.
